contact any of our listed realtors or be
contacted by any of them. Registration is free
and all of our services to you are free.
Typically
on searching for a property that you like and
want to acquire or want to enquire about, we
present you with the contact details of the
realtor in charge. You may also communicate with
the realtor via our portal.
Information you provide in the process of
registering is strictly for getting in touch
with you. Your login details will only be
required of you when you log in to make a search
or use the protal. You may change your password
as often as you wish.
All told
you have everything to gain and nothing to lose.
Its a world of convenience.

Register as
a Realtor
As a
realtor, you can list houses with or without
pictures. On registering, an account is
automatically created for you and listing
charges are automatically deducted from you
account balances.
Once
registered, listing is simple. And what's more,
you are in complete control of your property and
listing.
Paying
any amount you so desire into our account funds
your account to the same tune. Once we receive
your payment, an acknowledgement is sent to your
email box(es) and then you can begin to list
your property.
To list
you simply fill out the details of the property
in the Property Listing page and submit. And
that is it! If you have pictures, you upload the
pictures using the upload page. To have a
panoramic view of the property you have listed
simply click on the Virtual Tour Button and
select the property in question and voila!!! ...
Done.
Your
listed property will now be available for
search. Anyone searching for property matching
yours will be able to contact you by visit,
phone, email, fax or whatever contact details
you have provided.
Each
listing is valid for 7 days. On expiry, a mail
is sent to you itemizing your listed property
that have expired. Once expired, your listed
property will not be available for search until
the listing is renewed or a fresh listing is
made.
With just
a click, you can view your current valid
listings. Same for your expired listings. When a
listing is expired, you can "re-list" the property
or delete it. If you chose to re-list, you do
not have to upload the pictures of the property
again. If you chose to delete and then want to
list the same property again, you will have to
upload the pictures again.
Good
news! Your property can be perused from all over
the world. When a search is made that leads to your
property listing, the searcher is faced with a
number of options. Among them, he can send you a
mail to ask you a question or signify his
interest in the property you have listed. He can
also view ALL of your other listings whether he
has searched for them or not. And you have all
these coming to you in the convenience of your
office or home.
It does
not require a lot to be a realtor. You don't
have to be a pro or a certified. All you need is
your property or property in your care and some
honesty and integrity.

Search for
Property
Registered or not, you can use the FlexBuild
Homes Service to locate a property you need with
just a few clicks.
Hit the
search page, specify the criteria you want and
submit. Two results you can get. You are either
faced with a list one or more listings meeting
your specified criteria or your search fetches
no results.
In a case
of one or more results, we present you with a
list of items matching your search criteria and
a one-line description of the property and the
amount placed on the property.. Clicking on this
description or a picture or logo representation
of the property takes you to the details of the
property including pictures and a virtual tour
of the property, if available, and contact
details of the realtor who listed the property.
BUT, this is only for members who are logged on.
If you
are not a "member" or you are not logged on, you
are prompted to register or log on before the
details of the property and the realtor are
shown to you.
One
logged on, you can "see" the property, contact
the realtor, ask a question relating to the
property, view other items listed by the realtor
and, search for other realtors.
If your
search produced no result, you can register your
search and will be contacted the moment any
realtor lists a property meeting your criteria.
So which
ever way you go, you have everything to gain,
nothing to lose.

gives a feel as though you were walking into and
